Building High Performing TeamsBuild cohesive, effective teams by fostering collaboration and resolving conflict.

Two day programme

Team building cannot be left to chance; high performing teams need to be built. Developing teams of people who work well together, and which harness the differing strengths and attributes of each team member, needs team leaders and managers who understand the process involved, and are prepared to put effort into the things that make a real difference.

As every person is different, so is every team. Understanding the factors that determine a team's success - or otherwise - is essential, and that understanding is exactly what this course provides.
