The programme begins with a confidential diagnostic based on the unique PassionWorks!™  model, providing valuable insights into the key elements of generating a passionate workplace.

After the course - follow up assessment

There is an opportunity, after the course, to assess the engagement levels of programme participants by completing the PassionWorks diagnostic again.
